– Relative weight of the countries of the world outside Palestine and other languages

– Affirming the unity of the Palestinian people in all its components and spectra and to avoid anything that might provoke sectarian or racial strife or division.
– The bias to the Palestinian people steadfast in their homeland, exile in the diaspora, and sincere expression of their pain, dreams and aspirations.
– Investigating professional work in the media and not to be aligned to a political party at the expense of another party, and to avoid political or party propaganda.
– Respecting pluralism and diversity that characterizes Palestinian society and its values, customs and traditions.
– Respect for press codes and internationally recognized professional practices, and the commitment to honesty, impartiality, objectivity and integrity.
– Freedom of expression is a fundamental value in media work, taking into account respect for the culture of the public, non-infringement of its values or violation of its privacy in accordance with professional charters of honor.
– Ensuring the benefit to serve the Palestinian cause without contradicting the commercial dimensions that achieve sustainability and continuity and success of projects and initiatives.

Competition Stages
Reception and Categorizing
The reception phase of the participating business which extends from the period from 5/12/2015 to 31/12/2015 during which the business will be received and sorted according to their class and quality in preparation for submission to the jury.
Jurisdiction
A specialized jury will review all the submitted works and evaluate them in a neutral and independent manner. The winning works will be selected between 1/1/2016 and 15/1/2016. On 15/1/2016, the top 10 works will be nominated for each category. Final to be submitted to the final jury to select the three winning projects in each category.

Communication with Winners
After selecting the winning works, the winners will be contacted by the management, arranged with them about the mechanism and nature of the subsidy due, according to the evaluation obtained by the jury.
Follow-up & Coordination
Management will follow up the winners to check on the progress of work and provide all the required requirements until the completion of work and receive a copy not later than 30/3/2016.
Prize Giving
The best works will be awarded during a special ceremony that will be held in parallel with the second conference of the Palestine International Forum for Media and Communication, which will be held in spring 2016.
